Sara is a highly skilled physiotherapist and sports therapist whose passion for rehabilitation has shaped her impressive career in sports therapy and musculoskeletal health. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Sports Therapy (Hons) and a Master of Science in Physiotherapy, Sara’s educational background reflects her commitment to excellence in the field.
With a wealth of experience under her belt, Sara has made significant contributions to the healthcare industry. As a former NHS physiotherapist working at reputable trusts such as Barts Health NHS Trust and Guys and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, her proficiency encompasses rheumatic, respiratory and neurological conditions, orthopaedic pre and post-operative rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, chronic pain management, and return-to-sport rehabilitation. Her NHS experience includes working on acute stroke units and elderly care wards, treating musculoskeletal disorders in both adults and paediatrics, and serving on the front lines in the Intensive Care Unit and respiratory wards throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition to her career in the NHS, Sara’s interest and passion for sports rehabilitation culminated in her role as an academy physiotherapist for Crystal Palace FC for the past five seasons.
Beyond her professional qualifications, Sara is also a Bharatanatyam dance teacher, showcasing her diverse interests and dedication to movement and physical well-being. Her personal hobbies, which include yoga, Pilates, gym workouts, and Muay Thai, further underscore her active lifestyle and holistic approach to health.
